Founder & Principal Accountant.
Laura is the founder and principle accountant at SimpleSums. She received her ACA qualification back in 2009 from Moore Stephens LLP and then spent circa 8 years honing her skills through in-house accountancy roles at various companies. However, life took her on a new journey and she made the decision to step back from the corporate world to focus on raising children. Determined to pursue her passion for accounting while balancing the demands of motherhood, she founded SimpleSums in 2020.

Described as friendly and outgoing with a larger than life personality, Laura is not your traditional accountant. She is warm, approachable and passionate about spreadsheets, numbers and figures!
